Gentle Yoga, Stretch & Meditation

This slower, less-strenuous approach is perfect for those new to yoga or anyone lacking the flexibility or strength to hold the more rigorous yoga poses. Enhance the mind/body/spirit connection and your sense of well-being as you improve muscle tone and flexibility. Note: the ability to get down on the floor and back up again is required. Unwind and destress at the end of a busy week.
