Intended for the beginner and experienced yoga student alike. Learn basic yoga postures to build a strong home yoga practice. Strength, stability, flexibilty and techniques to reduce stress will be emphasized with attention given to proper alignment and breathing. Bring your own mat, dress ready to move and come ready to enjoy the benefits of a healthy yoga practice.
