Yoga Fundamentals - ONLINE
This class is great for the matured body but is fine for all ages of adults, beginners or those who like a gentle, mindful class. Incorporated in this class is modifications for joint issues and arthritis and challenged backs. Emphasis on balance, home stretches, strengthening and practical anatomy. All of our classes are online via Zoom. We provide the link to students 30 minutes before every class so you can just click the link to connect.
