Gentle Yoga - ONLINE
This class is great for the matured body but is fine for all ages of adults, beginners or those who like a gentle, mindful class. Incorporated in this class is modifications for joint issues and arthritis and challenged backs. Emphasis on balance, home stretches, strengthening and practical anatomy.
