Chef Jarrett Young explores Latin American cuisine, from authentic to vegetarian and beyond, creating dishes to delight your tastebuds and awaken your palate. Travel to another world without leaving your kitchen! Menu: Cuba Croquettes de Jamon, Congi, Ropa Vieja, Pollo Frito a la Criolla and Arroz con Leche; El Salvador Curtido, Tomato Salsa, Yuca, and Sweet Quesadilla Cake: Peru Ceviche, Papas a la Huancaina, Shrimp and Lomo Saltado and Alfajores.
