Lets sharpen our knife skills! Learn essential knife cuts, knife handling, storage and sharpening! Class is designed for beginners to advanced cooks! Bring your chef's knife (or use ours) to get the cutting edge. Crudite and dip will be served. Does not constitute dinner.
