Join Barb Micucci of Barb’s Boards for an intimate hands-on class building your own charcuterie board while learning to blend various cheeses, meats, fruits, and vegetables leaving you with a new perspective in entertaining. Learn different techniques for the infamous salami rose, create a meat or cheese river, string a salami ribbon, along with lots of tips to enhance all your meals! Limited enrollment. Class will conclude with sharing and tasting our masterpieces.
