There's lots to explore in the winter vegetable pantry. We'll be making some dishes that maybe you've never tried before; Swedish Root Mash; Irish Colcannon; Roasted Golden Beets with Fresh Horseradish & Winter Greens; Root Vegetable Slaw. We will make all of these dishes together using organic ingredients wherever possible. All recipes are eggs, gluten & dairy free.
