Sign up for a series of four Grilling classes: Wednesday June 19: Sizzling Seafood Executive Chef Jen Basanavage, The Gables at Chadds Ford Thunderstorm date: Tuesday June 25 Demystify seafood on the grill with a variety of fish and shellfish. Our chef will share techniques, recipes and tips for savory grilled seafood. Thursday June 20: Grilling Inspirations Chef Andy Marin, PCC Thunderstorm date: early Sept date (to be announced) Grilling Inspirations features how to develop recipes to last throughout summer and early fall. Inspired by local and seasonal produce, these new are sure to be the backyard highlights! Menu: Asparagus & Ricotta Bruschetta; Grilled Steak Tips w/ Chimichurri; Half-a-Chicken Grilled Under a Brick; Grilled Vegetable Stacks; Grilled Sweet Potatoes; Grilled Dessert Nachos Monday June 24: Fire Up the Flavor Chef Sean Burns, Haley Quinn’s Seasonal Picnic Fare Thunderstorm date: Thursday June 27 Just in time for summer and backyard grilling, Fire Up the Flavor features recipes and techniques for a variety of marinades and rubs. Wednesday June 26: Global Grilling Executive Chef Ted Iwachiw, Davio’s King of Prussia Thunderstorm date: early Sept date (to be announced) Travel the globe and never leave your backyard with enticing recipes and flavors from around the world.
