Senior Adult Personal Training
Why personal training in groups? Why train with us? · Personal attention- to be sure form is correct and safe · Camaraderie- sharing with others to enhance your experience · Motivation- others exercising next to you to give you an extra” push" · Support- group support with your workout and obstacles in daily life · Greater Focus- your mind will be on the exercises with a trainer watching your movements. · Fun- we promise to make it fun because we pride ourselves on disguising the exercise and making you smile even through the tough parts of the workout · Adherence to the program- exercising with others helps with sticking to a program/routine · You will not be the only one in the "spotlight"- less intimidating than 1:1 with a personal trainer · Keep cost more economical- 1:1 personal training can be expensive · Progress/grading exercises- we both have many years of experience in safely progressing clients to levels appropriate to reach their individual health and fitness goals · Socialization- connect with new people in the area, network, develop new friendships with people who have common interests Our personal training groups: The groups will be led by instructors from Dance 4 Fitness LLC who will guide you through this fun filled workout. Cindy has been an Occupational Therapist for the last 18 years working with clients from ages 16-100+. Leslie is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been working in the fitness industry as a group instructor as well as personal trainer for 25+ years. They have built a business which incorporates both of their expertise in order to keep adults active and able to live meaningful lives and delay the aging process. Their focus is to keep the exercises safe, fun, functional, and set realistic expectations with their clients to achieve their goals. We will warm-up each class with some dancing to get our muscles ready to work. We have some fun music that will surely disguise the exercise! Groups will focus on Upper body strengthening, Core, Balance, Postural muscles, Lower body strengthening, Coordination, and Flexibility training.
