Senior Adult Personal Training -online
This 45 minute fun group workout will focus on upper/lower body strengthening, core work, balance, postural muscles, and flexibility training. Perfect for all levels. NO CLASS AUGUST 3. Cindy holds a BS degree in Kinesiology and has been an Occupational Therapist for the last 20 years working with clients of all ages and varying abilities. Leslie is a Certified Personal Trainer and has worked in the fitness industry as a group instructor as well as a personal trainer for 25+ years. Together they provide exercise that is safe, fun and functional in order to keep adults active and able to live meaningful healthy lives.
