Empowering Water Walking
Experience the POWER of the water to increase your cardiovascular health, stamina, muscle strength, and flexibility. This 45 minute class will JUMP START your day and METABOLISM FOR INCREASED ENERGY! Walking/runnng in the water benefits are the same as walking on land. Almost anyone can walk/run in the water -- all skill and intensity levels are encouraged to participate. Excellent for clients looking to reduce stress on joints and spine.
