Stretching The Yoga Way

Yoga Stretch releases your body's natural feel-good chemicals. It helps to protect against arthritis. It helps to ease the pain of arthritis. Stretching keeps the muscles and tendons from shortening which happens with age without stretching. Yoga is scientifically proven to be excellent for the body, mind, and spirit. You pick when you want to start. Classes are on-going. Bring a yoga mat and two yoga blocks if you have them. No shoes required. Classes are 1 hour. At Lionville School of Dance, Exton.
