Beginners Mindful Meditation
Meditation is not one size fits all. There are many different sytles of meditation, stress relief, mindfulness and so much more. In this course you will learn multiple styles of meditation, and ways to incorporate it into a new daily routine. We'll cover posture, proper breathing techniques, myths, and more!

|Notes:||Bring water and a mat, and wear comfortable clothing. Snow Policy: We follow the Downingtown Area School District's closing policy for all classes that are held in a school location. If the schools are closed, then your class is cancelled.|
