Yoga Dance- If you are a fan of both yoga and dance, the new Yoga Dance is perfect for you!
In this class, you will move in simple yoga sequences in rhythm with music. Each sequence will be a separate, short asana-based dance. We will have resting intervals between the sequences when we will stretch and breathe. Balance, strength, endurance, mobility and mindfulness will be practiced. We will have fun while energizing and toning the whole body. With regular practice, you will feel stronger, younger, more confident and grounded.
